Annely Juda Fine Art

Start

Annely Juda Fine Art has shown art in London since 1968. In 2025, after 35 years on Dering Street, the gallery moved to a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse at 16 Hanover Square, where it opened with an exhibition by David Hockney.

Annely Juda (1914–2006) ran the Molton Gallery from 1960 to 1963 and the Hamilton Galleries from 1963 to 1967 before opening Annely Juda Fine Art with her son, David Juda, in 1968. Its first home was a former warehouse in Tottenham Mews. David Juda continues to run the gallery with co-director Nina Fellmann.

The programme

The gallery presents contemporary artists alongside historical works from the twentieth-century avant-garde. It represents David Hockney, David Nash and Suzanne Treister, together with the estates of Anthony Caro, Naum Gabo and Leon Kossoff, and has recently added Nicola Turner and Sammi Lynch to its artists.

Hanover Square

Hockney’s Some Very, Very, Very New Paintings Not Yet Shown in Paris was the inaugural exhibition at Hanover Square, on view from 7 November 2025 to 28 February 2026. It was his fourteenth exhibition with the gallery, and it debuted new paintings alongside the first full presentation in the UK of The Moon Room.

The townhouse has since held François Morellet 100% from 17 March to 21 April 2026, Alan Charlton from 30 April to 7 June and Lesley Foxcroft from 11 June to 18 July. Nicola Turner’s exhibition I Tear Secrets From Your Yielding Flesh runs from 1 October to 7 November 2026.
